Santino Boutique sits just inland from Mirissa beach, off the main road — close enough to walk to dinner, far enough back to sleep.
Yes — guests must be 16 or older. It is what keeps the pool and the mornings quiet, and it is why most of our guests choose us. Travelling with children? Santino Village or Santino Garden will suit you better.
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Need longer? Until 14:00 is half a night, after that it counts as a full one — ask us the day before and we will tell you straight away whether the room is free. Either way your luggage stays with us from 08:00 at no charge, so you can drop the bags and go to the beach.
So do most of them. Send us your flight number and someone will be awake to let you in, whatever the hour — just tell us in advance so we know to expect you.
About three hours by road from Colombo. Book four nights or more and the transfer is on us; two or three nights and we halve it. Shorter than that, it is a fixed price we tell you before you commit to anything — send us your flight number, how many of you there are and how much luggage, and a driver meets you at the exit with a sign.
A deposit equal to the first night confirms the booking; the balance is paid here when you arrive. On a few high-demand dates the deposit is larger — the booking form states the exact figure before you enter anything.
Cancel 7 or more days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 7 days the deposit is kept. The full policy spells it out.
